Shipping & freight policy
Where we ship
Liquidation Hubs supports delivery to United States addresses only. Freight originates at the warehouse shown on each listing.
Quoting
The estimator on each listing is a planning tool based on lot weight, pallet count and service level. A booked rate is only confirmed after a freight quote request, which is priced to your delivery ZIP code and service requirements.
Service levels and accessorials
Dock-to-dock delivery is the default. Liftgate, residential, limited access, inside delivery, appointment scheduling and redelivery are accessorial services. Requirements not disclosed at quote time are rebilled by the carrier after delivery.
Dock pickup
Where a listing offers pickup, it is by scheduled appointment at the origin warehouse. Bring appropriate equipment and a vehicle sized for the lot.
Receiving and damage
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note pallet count, wrap condition and visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the freight before removing the wrap. Concealed damage should be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Transit times
Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, capacity and terminal congestion can extend delivery.
Carrier names, negotiated rates, cut-off times and service guarantees are intentionally left blank. Add your real terms before publishing.
