When payment is due

Lot payment is due in full before freight is released. Freight charges are invoiced with the lot or separately, depending on whether you book carriage through the marketplace.

Auctions

Winning bids are binding. Invoices for auction lots are issued after the auction closes and are payable within the window stated on the invoice.

Taxes and resale certificates

Sales tax is applied where required by the origin or destination state unless a valid resale certificate is on file for that state.

Refunds and claims

Lots are sold as-is. Refunds are not offered for resale performance, condition variance within a stated grade, or unsold inventory. Manifest discrepancy and freight damage claims are handled under the manifest accuracy policy and the shipping policy.
